Industrial Manslaughter Update
The WA Greens this week tabled a Legislative Council Bill to introduce industrial manslaughter laws against employers. They did the same thing about five years ago without success. This attempt is likely to suffer the same fate, given the McGowan Government’s wider debate on reforming WA’s safety laws is set for mid 2019.
