Victorian Labor Government
The Victorian Labor Government which faces a tough election in 6 months is in a bidding war for union votes promising to jail employers for 20 years and/or impose fines of $16 million for industrial manslaughter. They further promise to fine employers up to $950,000 for “wages theft”. With policies like that the NSW State Government must welcome employers moving north to much friendlier climes.
