    Professor Russell Kenley from Swinburne University has been contracted to investigate the highest risk non-conforming building product types in Australia and how regulators can best deal with this growing problem. NATSPEC will soon be launching a Conforming Building Products Register.

  2. New R-Codes Released

    The WA Planning Commission (WAPC) released this week the new Residential Design Code Practice Notes and Assessment Checklist. The aim of the Practice Notes is to clarify common technical matters for applicants, assessors and regulators throughout the interpretation and implementation of R-Codes ‘deemed to comply’ standards.
