    The successful proponents of the first two development sites at LandCorp's Montario Quarter in Shenton Park were announced this week. TRG Properties, in partnership with Primewest, have secured Lot 37 - a 10,127sqm mixed-use site fronting Selby Street.     The first sod for a $12.8 million Aboriginal accommodation project at St Catherine's College at The University of Western Australia was turned today.   4. Fines Issued for Misrepresentation

    The Perth Magistrates Court convicted a local company for implying that it was a registered builder when it was not and undertaking to carry out a prescribed building service while unregistered. The company was fined $4,000 and the director, who was taken to have committed the same offences, was granted a spent conviction and ordered by the court to pay a $2,000 fine and costs of $854.20. Master Builders reminds members that a builder must be registered to contract for or carry out building work valued over $20,000.
