  2. New Insolvency Laws

    The Federal Government’s implementation of two major reforms to Australia’s corporate insolvency regimen attempts to strike a new balance between encouraging entrepreneurs, facilitating credible turnarounds and encouraging early intervention in a company’s insolvency, while at the same time protecting directors and officers from the personal liability of a company’s financial distress. Jackson McDonald’s legal eagles will discuss these developments in detail at their offices on 15 March.
