Land Sales
UDIA has reported a 4% increase in land sales for the December 2017 quarter with the average price of land increasing to $235,941. The north-west and north east metro areas recorded the most land sales. The Cities of Armadale, Rockingham and Kwinana also had encouraging land sales.
