Key Staff
Marco Klous - Director. Marco has over 25 years experience in the building industry covering countries like, The Netherlands, England and now Perth WA. Marco's passion is to build superior performing homes, by utilising the Passive Solar Principles. Nothing makes him more happy than feedback from happy clients about their well performing homes and low utility bills.
Thomas Carne - Senior Estimator. Brought up in Rural WA Thomas is a true Western Australian. He has a keen eye on detail, great with finding ways to build smarter and more cost effective and is an awesome teamplayer.
Elia Notaro - Bookkeeper: Elia is our latest member of the team and is already shining. She is well organised and is working on improving our systems aiming for paperless bookkeeping. Fantastic forecast!
Debby van Trigt: - Administator: Our office would not be running efficient without Debby. She is keeping track of every detail that requires action/ filing, follow up, etc.

Our key projects are:
Chadwick Street Hilton. Finalist in the HIA Greensmart Awards with an astonishing 9.4 star rating this 3x1 has turned out really well performing and architectural appealing.
Tamar Street Palmyra: Our 8.4 Star two storey 3x2 is the clients dream home. After talking to our happy clients we found that the house is performing as good as we thought it would do.
Newry Street Floreat: Fantastic 5x3.5 Architectural Gem. This house is an eye stopper. We look forward presenting this to the Awards in 2023.
6 Cantlebury Road Bayswater. This 9 Star rated home was developed on a challenging block but our design team has worked out a perfect design to gain the northern aspect and we were able to get a 9 stars high performing home.
