Home Integrity provides independent building inspection and construction advisory services across Perth, Mandurah and the South West of Western Australia.
We support homeowners, buyers, builders and property professionals through key moments in the property lifecycle including pre-purchase inspections, construction progress inspections and defect investigations.
Our role is to provide clarity and confidence throughout the process of buying or building a home. Home Integrity is known for combining deep construction expertise with a practical, client-focused approach. For all stakeholders, our philosophy is simple: “It’s good to know”. Rather than creating unnecessary alarm, we focus on explaining what matters, what it means and what to do next. Reports are written in clear, accessible language and are supported by a same-day phone call with the inspector to walk clients through key findings and answer questions.
All inspections are carried out by experienced building professionals - registered builders, structural engineers and property surveyors. Our team understands construction from the inside and can communicate effectively with builders, developers and trades when technical issues arise.
