Home Integrity deliver building inspection services across the metropolitan area and south west regions. We provide a guiding hand to those navigating the construction process, buying a new home or dealing with a defect situation.
A new property should be an exciting and enjoyable time. We harness this excitement, providing friendly, approachable staff, who guide you through the building inspection process from start to finish.
Our approach to reporting draws on our “good to know” philosophy. Building inspections don’t need to be scary or stressful but they are important. Our reports use friendly, easy to understand language, to give reassurance and clarity to the process.
Our inspectors are all qualified builders with years of experience within the construction industry. They speak to the builder in their language and can be your advocate when dealing with builder disagreements.
All reports are followed up on the day with an Inspector phone call to debrief on any areas of concern.
