The name Prosser has been in the building industry for more than 80 years, 1st generation Ron Prosser first started with a saw mill, then later turned to home building (Prosser Homes). 2nd generation Steve Prosser (R&M Prosser & Son) grew the business into a prominent ‘off the plan’ project builder. The business has developed into a boutique commercial design and construct firm. 3rd generation Dave Prosser (Prosser Built) seeks to reinforce the personal level of service and deliver a high level of quality.
We are hands-on builders who pride ourselves on an easy process, clear communication and an eye for practical, functional and aesthetically pleasing solutions.
Prosser Built offers a complete design + construct service. From the concept to completion, remain informed, engaged and supported. The service typically extends from initial site investigation, into design, full working drawings, engineering, quantity survey, through construction to completion with local authority approvals.
