The CEO, Rachael Green – Rachael has many years experience in a leadership role having managed her own business prior to becoming the CEO of the parent company Pilbara Meta Maya Regional Aboriginal Corporation. Rachael has a particularly strong focus on finance. She has strong commercial/business acumen and has led the organisation through its largest growth and most challenging period in the economic downturn. She has reinvested profits to achieve the objectives of the Corporation.

The CODO, Dee Broadmore – Dee has over 38 years experience and is an integration specialist with a strong commercial focus. Her legal background underpins her ability to negotiate contracts and agreements. Over the last 12 years she has advised Boards and Senior Management Groups on Resource Planning and Retention together with business process and information management.  She is an advocate for development and change, having implemented numerous strategies to manage change at a people and organisation level. Dee is tertiary educated and is responsible for PMMRAC’s Resource Planning and Growth Strategy whilst managing day to day operations at Meta Maya Group Pty Ltd and Meta Maya Construction Pty Ltd in Perth.

Resource Manager/PMO Manager – Jennifer Tweedie – Jennie has worked in the Corporate sector for over 30 years and has held Senior Management Roles in Sales, IT & Finance. For the last 10 years Jennie was responsible for Resource Management for a 1000 seat Publicly Listed Managed Services Company in Perth. Jennie will be responsible for Workforce and Resource Planning throughout the Project.

The Construction Consultant, Michael Ruggiero – Michael is a registered builder and has been in the Construction Industry for most of his career owning his own business in Australia. For many years a well respected builder, Michael will oversee Projects with the Site Supervisor and Project Manager and will ultimately be the operational lead.

Project Manager, Chris Arthur – Meta Maya Construction Pty Ltd is a dedicated and experienced Project Manager in the building industry overseeing large commercial projects in conjunction with Site Supervisors reporting through to the Construction Manager Michael Ruggiero.
