I am a registered commercial and residential builder. I offer quality-personalized services on a variety of projects, which include commercial, single and double story houses. My commercial project includes large community services kitchen, big meditation hall and library buildings as well. I am also building double story multi units on a single block in the heart of Perth city. Besides new general building work, I can provide you services on home extensions, renovations and alterations including kitchen, bathroom and laundry to the existing property.Being a chartered engineer, I can also provide services as project management, site inspections and structural design for the existing and new buildings. I am trustworthy and respectful.I have extensive experience that allows me to work with you or your designer to create your new home or business building to your taste and dreams. My services are insured through MBA and HIA.

Key Projects

These are the following two projects under construction as below:

1. My commercial project is development of a proposed Sikh Community Centre, Oldbury, Western Australia. The complete lot is divided by water channel crossing the lot with front part of approx. area of 7.5 acres. It includes road widening for entry and exit to premises along with large community services kitchen, big meditation hall building, library building, caretaker dwelling and 125 car parking bay facilities as well. The community hall will accommodate more than 500 people.
2. I am also developing three two story grouped dwellings on a block of land in West Perth. This will be a multi dwelling double story development. The dwelling units will have side rear access, post retaining wall, reinforced suspended slab on first floor and color bond roof.
