Hugh Davis Consulting
Hugh is a professional mechanical engineer, an ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) practitioner and a construction contract claims consultant. He has 15 years experience as a contract administrator, project manager and design engineer, working on the design, procurement and construction of small to very large multi-disciplinary resources projects. Hugh is enrolled in the Graduate Diploma of Construction Law at Melbourne Law School to expand his knowledge and understanding of construction law.
Hugh is available to assist parties to building and construction contracts with contract claims and submissions for adjudication, expert determinations and arbitrations and to provide advice on dispute resolution options.

Consulting rate:
$170.00 per hour plus GST and reasonable disbursements.
