James is your fully licensed and insured Building and Pest Inspector with over 35 years of experience in the building industry. He is a fully qualified Carpenter/Joiner starting his apprenticeship in 1976, giving him immense experience in the building industry from Design and Construct (Prestige Homes) through to Commercial and Industrial.
After serving 6 years in the Defence Force, James continued his passion by obtaining his Builder’s Licence in the year 2000. In this way James was able to service and build his clients’ dream homes with the insurance that they were structurally sound and stunning winning numerous HIA awards. In 2006 James acquired his “Building Inspector Certificate” through the MBA having passed the mandatory entry for the course.

James is a family man with his wife Jacquelyn also working as part of the business. Jacquelyn, being an interior designer for several years, also has an eye for details and perfection. Together they make a great team in the business. They have two children, one attending college and the other in school, and they enjoy spending time with the family doing activities and attending Church.
