Alliance Builders Pty Ltd is relative new comer to the Perth market established in 2004 however in 10 years we have established a track record of delivering complex constructions. Our company routinely conducts project feasibilities, acquires land, funds construction, and builds industrial and multi storey residential and commercial property within Perth.Our strength is our in house consulting services that undertake its own detailing of complex in situ and precast concrete structures. We are the only builder in Australia to have created its own reinforcement scheduling software for these types of structures and this is a service we sell to other large builders. We have in house engineering services that design and check, create shop drawings, assist in layouts for heavy lifting, set testing regimes and site inspections of the structure and supervise this with our own suitably qualified staff as it is built. These in house services maintain robust quality control and save time in delivery.We use a broad spectrum of local suppliers and subcontractors that we utilise on a regular basis to deliver high quality, affordable outcomes for our clients and our business. We have a fully active ISO 9001:2008 Quality Assurance and Occupational Health and Safety procedures manual and are able to work in with existing procedures specific for government and private clients.
