Caprice Constructions WA was founded by John Aitchison, a Registered Builder who having worked in the WA home construction industry for a number of years saw the need for a company that specialised in quality home alterations, extensions and new builds for small as well as large projects where customer service and communication comes first.
Our specially selected qualified trades persons are all very passionate about their trade skills and enjoy the freedom to deliver quality finish and customer service.
Our team are with the home owners every step of the way of their build and believe in long term relationships with all their clients and trades persons to provide a more open and straight forward build experience. This means when you need to speak with us we are always available to listen.
