I am the initial point of contact for all of our clients and I liaise with them continually during all stages of the project.When we reach the construction stage, I am proactive in contacting my clients with regular updates and programming, and consistent and ongoing site meetings also form an essential part of our customer service philosophy. Our approach to customer satisfaction is that enough is never enough, and the one-on-one relationship that has already been established is continued throughout construction until after handover.In order to maintain our build quality and customer satisfaction, we place a cap on the amount of projects we undertake.
