Alita Constructions is a family owned construction company situated south-east of the Perth metropolitan area.Alita Constructions can offer a complete design, engineering and construction package. As we have an excellent working relationship with both a qualified draftsman and engineer, we can ensure the best option for the client’s needs. This ensures a quicker, smoother process of design and council approval.We also prepare and submit development and building applications with the Local Authority to obtain Planning approval and Building Licences. If a client has obtained planning and/or building approval we can provide an obligation free quote for the construction of the building using the latest in estimating software.At Alita Constructions most of our work is carried out in the commercial sector, specialising in concrete tilt-up factories. However, we also have experience and expertise in building houses, residential units, schools, churches, medical centres and storage units.
