Since the year 2000 Consortium Builders has been creating award-winning green buildings, educational facilities and architect-designed homes ranging from $400,000 to $5 million.  Our focus is on High Comfort, Low Energy homes.

In 2017 we won the MBAWA award for Construction Excellence and Excellence in Energy Efficiency.

In 2016 we completed WA’s first PassivHaus, a home in Cottesloe designed and certified to the world’s most exacting standards for energy efficiency and internal comfort.

We combine traditional and state-of-the-art building technologies in sensible and cost-effective ways to suit each project we undertake.

As a member of the Building Designers Association of WA we can fully develop your concept in-house and collaborate with specialist suppliers, consultants, designers or architects to achieve exceptional outcomes.

We have expertise in fast-track design and construction and are comfortable with most forms of contract ranging from Lump Sum to Cost Plus.
