We specialise in residential services which include the structural design of single and multi-level homes, as well as apartments and mixed-use structures. We also cover ancillary structures such as retaining walls, screen walls, pools, patios and carports.
We provide structural design and documentation for additions and renovations including wall removals, first floor additions and extensions and can carry out inspections prior to and during construction to ensure that compliance with the documentation is being met.
We offer a ranges of site investigation services including site and soil classification, wind classification, compaction testing and retrospective approval inspections. We carry out inspections and prepare diagnostic reports on structural defects as well as dilapidation inspections prior to the commencement of construction works.
