The Shared Location Information Platform (SLIP), managed by Landgate, brings together useful planning information from across multiple government agencies.
SLIP services are easily accessible via simple online maps such as the SLIP Property and Planning map. The previous GIS SLIP data services are also still available.
The SLIP Property and Planning Service include Regional Schemes and Structure Plans, heritage sites and environmental constraints to development. When using Google Earth, this service can be ‘stacked’ as a layer, together with other services such as Locate, to create a comprehensive information system.
You can subscribe to the latest aerial imagery and cadastre through the SLIP Land Development Package, and to other land data, including topographic, crown reserves and roads.
